Dr. Marcia Bailey’s Biography
Dr. Marcia Bailey is Co-Founder of Right Direction Church International in Columbia, Orangeburg, and Florence, South Carolina, and the mother of four adult children and grandmother of seven. Dr. Marcia works beside her husband, Bishop Herbert Bailey, and they have pastored a thriving, non-denominational church for over 27 years of pastoral ministry.
Dr. Marcia pursued a bachelor’s Degree in Special and Elementary Education at Seton Hall University in South Orange, NJ, a Certified Women in Leadership from Cornell University, and an Honorary Doctorate of Divinity degree from St.Thomas Christian College in Jacksonville, FL.
Her passion for God and her experience and training in education have uniquely qualified her as an administrator and anointed teacher, and preacher of the Word of God. She has a strong anointing for prayer and intercession and is used by God in the Word of Wisdom and Discerning of Spirits. Dr. Marcia’s ministry brings forth a message of faith, power, and whole-life prosperity, and she considers it an honor to be used by God to do the work of His Kingdom.
